Our pies are handmade from scratch the old-fashioned way. Their delicious aroma and flavor will transport you back to grandma's kitchen, making them perfect choices for a wonderful holiday party.

Available for the holiday season: Pecan pie, Old Fashioned Apple pie, Berolina's original Fresh Cranberry Almond Tart, Harvest Crumble Pie, Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin cheesecake.

Thanksgiving Orders: $20 minimum order, deposit required

CHRISTMAS
Stollen
Usher in the Holiday season with Berolina's deliciously rich German Stollen. Each loaf is created by hand using only the finest ingredients. Our mouthwatering stollen dough is blended with a mix of exotic spices, marzipan, and an assortment of dried fruit, rum soaked raisins and nuts. Baked to a golden brown finish, this old fashioned favorite is brushed with fresh drawn butter and dusted with powdered sugar to create a festive holiday finish.    Available Nov. 15th		  
Lussekatter or Swedish St. Lucia Saffron Buns
Saffron bread plain or with almond paste, Swedish cinnamon breads, cardamom breads and other traditional Swedish favorites.
Available Dec. 4th		  
Limpa
Swedish rye bread, with citrus peel and a touch of anise.
Available year round		  
Vört Limpa
A delicious seasonal Swedish rye bread made with a touch of malt, a delightful addition to any holiday table.

Bûche de Noëll
The yule log is old fashioned French holiday cake adorned to add a festive setting to any Holiday celebration.The delicious chocolate sponge cake is filled with our mouthwatering chocolate or raspberry mousse and covered with a tasty butter cream frosting. The log is then decorated in traditional holiday style.

SPRING
Semla   
A traditional Scandinavian pastry consisting of a cardamom bun which is filled with almond paste, topped with whipped cream and then dusted with powdered sugar.    Available January through Easter		  
Irish Soda bread
 Enhance your St. Patrick's Day celebration with one of our irresistible and traditional Soda bread.    Available February 1st.		  
Hot Cross Bun
Sweet bun with dried fruit, currant and homemade vanilla custard baked in the crosses.    Available March 1st.
